Return Period
In distance selling, you have a legal right of withdrawal within 14 days. Koreanko extends this period as an improvement for its customers and accepts returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
- The product's packaging and protective seal must be unopened.
- The product must be unused and in a resalable condition.
- The product must be shipped with its certificate of authenticity and all accessories, if any.
- The invoice or order number must be included in the return request.
Situations where the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
According to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for cosmetic products whose packaging has been opened after delivery and which are not suitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons.
Therefore, please be sure of your decision before opening the protective seal or packaging of products such as shampoo, mask, serum, and cream.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Product
If you received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, you are entitled to a full refund or exchange, including shipping costs, even if the packaging has been opened. Please contact us with photos of the product and packaging.
How to Make a Return?
- Please submit your return request via the contact page or by email, specifying your order number.
- Your request will be reviewed and you will be provided with refund information.
- Please return the product in its original packaging, following the return instructions provided.
- The return will be approved once the product has been received and inspected.
Refund
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the return approval.
Payment by card: The amount will be refunded to the card used for payment. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your card may vary depending on your bank.
Cash on delivery and bank transfer/EFT: The amount will be refunded to the IBAN number and account holder's name you provided.
Returns on Promotional Orders
If you return items purchased with a Buy 3 Pay 2 or Buy 6 Pay 4 promotion, the refund amount will be calculated based on the actual price paid for the items. If the promotion terms are broken, the promotion discount may be recalculated for the remaining items.
