At Koreanko, we guarantee that all products we sell are genuine. We don't just claim this; we make it verifiable for each and every product.
How does a QR card work?
- Each order includes a unique QR code authenticity card for each product.
- Scan the QR code with your phone's camera.
- You will see the " This Product Is Authentic " verification on the page at koreanko.com/o/KOD.
Each code is valid for only one product and cannot be used for another.
Manual Code Search
If you cannot scan the QR code, you can verify the authenticity of the card by entering the code on the card into the original product verification page.
When should you be suspicious?
If the same code has been queried multiple times, the system will notify you with a warning. This may indicate that the card has been cloned.
- If you see a warning or error instead of " This Product Is Authentic " in the query.
- If your code cannot be found in the system.
- If you receive a warning that the code has been requested multiple times even though you have never opened the card.
- If the product packaging or label is damaged, refurbished, or looks suspicious.
What should you do if you have any doubts?
Do not use the product, take photos of the card and the product, and write to us immediately. We will investigate the situation and get back to you. If we find an error in our records or a non-original product, we will offer a solution under our return and exchange policy.
