4. Payment and Delivery Information
Payment: Credit or debit card (PayTR, 3D Secure), cash on delivery, or bank transfer/EFT. Installment options will be shown at the payment stage depending on the bank.
Shipping and additional charges: Shipping costs and any cash on delivery service fees will be shown during the payment step before you confirm your order. Shipping is currently free.
Delivery: Shipped via PTT Kargo within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery cannot exceed the legal 30-day period.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. The seller has extended this period to 30 days.
The right to withdraw from an order must be exercised by sending an email to info@koreanko.com or by submitting a written request through the contact page. The product must be returned within 10 days of receiving the notification.
The seller will refund the payment within a maximum of 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice.
6. Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised
According to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products (including cosmetics and personal care products) whose packaging has been opened after delivery and which are not suitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons.
7. Complaint and Dispute Resolution
You can first submit your complaints to the seller. In case of disputes, you can apply to the Consumer Arbitration Board or the Consumer Court in your place of residence, within the monetary limits determined each year.
8. Approval
The recipient acknowledges that they have read and understood the information contained in this form and have confirmed it electronically.
