Article 1 - Parties
SELLER: The business that has the following information.

BUYER: The person with the information specified in the order.
In this agreement, the seller and the buyer are collectively referred to as the "Parties".
Article 2 - Subject
The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of products ordered by the buyer electronically from the koreanko.com website, and the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
Article 3 - Product, Price and Payment Information
The type and quantity of the products, the sales price including VAT, the shipping cost, and the total amount are detailed in the order summary below.
The products selected during the order process, their quantities, prices, and total amount (including shipping and any service fees)
Order date: The date the order was confirmed.
Campaign: In the Buy 3 Pay 2 and Buy 6 Pay 4 campaigns, the lowest-priced item(s) in your cart will be discounted and added to the total amount.
Payment method: The method selected by the buyer during ordering from the following options is valid: credit or debit card (PayTR infrastructure, 3D Secure), cash on delivery, or bank transfer/EFT.
If there is an additional fee for Cash on delivery or shipping, this fee will be shown in the payment step before you confirm the order.
Article 4 - Delivery
Products are shipped to the address specified by the buyer via PTT Kargo. Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation (or order confirmation for cash on delivery ).
No deliveries are made on weekends and public holidays. In any case, delivery cannot exceed the legal period of 30 days from the date the contract is concluded.
If the seller fails to deliver the product on time, the buyer may exercise their legal rights, including the right to withdraw from the contract.
The buyer agrees to inspect the package upon delivery and to have the delivery person prepare a damage report if any damage is found.
Article 5 - Seller's Obligations
The seller is obligated to deliver the product in accordance with the order, without defects, and in its original condition. The authenticity of the products can be verified with a separate QR code authenticity card for each product.
The seller reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the payment in case of force majeure or stock shortage, after informing the buyer.
Article 6 - Buyer's Obligations
The buyer acknowledges that the information provided during the order is accurate and up-to-date. The buyer is responsible for inspecting the product upon receipt.
If payment is not made or the payment is not approved by the bank, the seller's delivery obligation does not arise.
Article 7 - Right of Withdrawal
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the delivery date without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. The seller may extend this period to 30 days from the date of delivery in favor of the buyer.
The exercise of the right of withdrawal must be notified to the seller in writing or via a durable data storage medium within the specified period. Notification can be made via the email address info@koreanko.com or through the contact page.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be unopened, with its packaging and protective seal intact, and the product must be unused.
Article 8 - Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
According to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products whose packaging has been opened after delivery and which are unsuitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons. Cosmetic and skin or hair care products fall within this scope.
Other exceptions listed in the regulation are also reserved.
Article 9 - Return Procedure
In case of cancellation, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 10 days of receiving the cancellation notification. The product must be returned with its original packaging and all accessories, if any.
The seller will refund the payment within a maximum of 14 days from the date they receive the cancellation notice. For card payments, the refund will be made to the card used for the payment; cash on delivery and bank transfer/EFT payments, the refund will be made to the IBAN provided by the buyer.
For faulty, damaged, or incorrect products, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the seller. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the return shipping costs for non-defective products are governed by the conditions and return policy stated during the order process.
Article 10 - Default and Legal Consequences
If the buyer fails to fulfill their payment obligation, they shall be deemed to be in default and agree to pay the debt together with legal interest. If the seller delays delivery, the buyer reserves all rights arising from the law.
Article 11 - Competent Court and Dispute Resolution
In disputes arising from this contract, Consumer Arbitration Boards located in the buyer's or seller's place of residence have jurisdiction within the monetary limits determined annually by the Ministry of Trade, while Consumer Courts have jurisdiction for disputes exceeding these limits.
Article 12 - Entry into force
By placing an order, the buyer declares that they have read and accepted all the terms and conditions of this agreement. The agreement enters into force as soon as the order is confirmed electronically.
The pre-information form is an integral part of this agreement.
