Shipping Company
Your orders will be shipped via PTT Kargo through the Kargonomio infrastructure.
Shipping Time
Delivery time: Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation (or order confirmation for cash on delivery ).
Weekends and holidays: We do not ship on weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping time after dispatch may vary depending on your location and the workload of the shipping company.
Shipment Tracking
Your tracking number will be sent to you via email and SMS when your order is shipped. You can also track your order on the order tracking page.
Shipping Fee
Shipping costs and any cash on delivery service fees will be clearly displayed during the payment step before you confirm your order. Shipping is currently free.
Things to Note During Delivery
- Check the package in the presence of the delivery person.
- If the package is damaged in any way, such as being crushed, torn, or wet, have the delivery person prepare a damage report.
- Please inform us immediately before receiving the package for which you have prepared a report, or upon receiving it along with the report.
- If you are not at your address, the shipping company will contact you; undeliverable shipments are held at the branch for a limited time.
Address Information
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct delivery address and phone number. The seller cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
